Operations Manager

• Own end-to-end operations, from sales and contracting to onboarding, delivery and invoicing
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures for every core process
• Automate workflows and integrate our stack, including HubSpot, the LAUNCH Companion, payments and finance tools
• Build the reporting that shows how the business is performing, week by week
• Prepare operations, compliance and tooling for growth into new markets

• Experience running operations in a scaling services, SaaS or education business
• A systems thinker who documents processes and then automates them
• Hands-on with HubSpot, automation platforms such as Zapier or Make, and finance tools
• Comfortable working across sales, delivery and finance teams
• Calm ownership: you see the gap, fix it and write it down
