1. About cookies and our sites
We only set analytics and advertising cookies if you agree. Cookies that are strictly necessary to run our sites do not need consent.
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way, so this policy covers them too.
This policy is published by InovaOS Advisory L.L.C-FZ, part of Inova Group, and applies to:

2. The cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories. Only the first is set without your consent. Each provider also keeps the data it collects under its own retention settings. Durations are the providers' standard settings and may change.
Strictly necessary
These make our sites work and remember your choices. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the sites may stop working.

These show us how people find and use our pages, so we can improve them. Set only with your consent.

Advertising
These measure which adverts bring people to us and let us show relevant adverts. Set only with your consent.

3. Other technologies
Tag manager. Google Tag Manager loads our analytics and advertising tools on go.inovaos.io. It does not set cookies itself, and it only loads those tools once you have agreed.
Pixels. The Meta Pixel and similar tags are small pieces of code that tell an ad platform when you view a page or submit a form. They follow the same consent rules as advertising cookies.
Server-side conversion tracking. When you sign up or book a call after agreeing to advertising cookies, our servers may send that event to Meta (through the Meta Conversions API) and to Hyros. Contact details such as your email address are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent, so the platform can match the event to an advert without receiving them in plain text.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts. These services see your IP address when the font loads but do not set cookies on our sites.
4. How to change your choices
You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies when our cookie banner first appears. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and it does not stop you using the site.
Change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of go.inovaos.io. Withdrawing consent stops new cookies being set. Existing ones expire or can be deleted in your browser.

Google Analytics can be blocked across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Meta adverts can be managed in your Meta ad preferences.
Interest-based advertising from many companies can be managed at Your Online Choices.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop you signing in to the LAUNCH Companion or booking a call.
5. Changes and contact
We review this policy whenever we add or remove a tool. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will ask for your consent again before adding any new analytics or advertising tool.
