InovaOS Disclaimer

Last updated Oct 13, 2026

1. Education and coaching, not professional advice

InovaOS provides education, coaching, mentoring and strategic guidance for technology professionals building independent consulting businesses.

Nothing on our websites, in our content, videos, posts or emails, on our calls, or from NOVA in the LAUNCH Companion is:

  • legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice;

  • a recruitment or employment service, or a promise of work.

InovaOS is not authorised or regulated to give financial or investment advice. Please speak to a qualified professional before making significant business or financial decisions.

This disclaimer is published by InovaOS Advisory L.L.C-FZ, part of Inova Group, and applies to inovaos.com, go.inovaos.io and all InovaOS content.

2. No guaranteed results

We do not promise any particular income, number of clients, day rate or business outcome. Nobody honestly can.

What you achieve depends on your own effort and implementation, your experience and network, the niche you choose, and market conditions. The only commitments InovaOS makes are those written in the programme agreement you sign.

Examples are illustrative. Stories, scenarios and figures in our content, including named characters in our modules, are there to explain an idea. They are not typical results and are not a prediction of what you will earn.

3. Your decisions are yours

Our frameworks help you think through big decisions. They do not make them for you, and you remain responsible for what you decide and do.

Before you act, take independent advice where it matters, in particular on:

  • leaving employment, notice periods, and any restrictions in your employment contract;

  • setting up a company, your tax position, IR35 and VAT;

  • contracts, liability and insurance with your own clients;

  • pricing and financial planning, including how much runway you need.

Financial tools and calculators we provide are for planning only. Their outputs depend on the figures you enter.

4. AI, third-party content and contact

AI-generated content. NOVA, the AI in the LAUNCH Companion, gives feedback and suggestions to support your learning. Its outputs can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important before you rely on it. NOVA does not replace your coach or professional advice.

Accuracy and currency. We aim to keep our content accurate, but markets, rules and platforms change. Information may be out of date by the time you read it.

Third-party content. Guests, community members and linked websites express their own views, not ours. We are not responsible for content we do not control.

More detail. Our Website Terms set out our liability for use of our sites. Questions about this disclaimer: support@inovaos.com.
